JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open for HS Graduates
• With at least 1 year of CSR experience.
• Handled any related banking/cards LOB and/or with experience in AU accounts
• Can start by as soon as possible is an advantage
• Amenable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer consumer questions by phone, email, or chat.
• Address problems with products or services by elucidating the client's grievance, identifying the
• cause, and providing suitable remedies.
• Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers.
• Adhere to policies, norms, and communication protocols.
• Report outstanding problems to the relevant internal teams.
• Comment on how effective the customer service procedure is.
• Remain informed about corporate policies, promotions, and product knowledge.
