  • Education: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer service or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Google Suite, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to multitask.
  • Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, and manage customer accounts.
  • Working Conditions: 5x onsite, shifting schedule.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
