• Onsite Setup for Seasonal Voice Account

Start Dates:

• Seasonal Non-Voice Account: October 27
• Seasonal Voice Account: November 3

Compensation:

• ₱20,000 per month (for Seasonal Non-Voice and Voice Account)

Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience through email, chat, or voice support channels.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Willing to report onsite for assessments at Alphaland Southgate Tower, Makati
• For voice account applicants: willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule
