Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representative to support a growing healthcare account at Sagility Bridgetowne. The role involves assisting patients, providers, and members with healthcare-related inquiries, ensuring accurate information, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle member or provider concerns regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, or healthcare services
• Review and process healthcare information with accuracy and compliance
• Provide clear and professional responses through the assigned communication channel
• Document interactions and update records accordingly
• Assist in resolving issues efficiently while adhering to HIPAA and company guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and service standards

Qualifications

• College Graduate (with or without experience)
• OR Completed 2 years in college + at least 6 months work experience
• Above average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Willing to work onsite, including weekends and holidays
