Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Create and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
Coordinate with service, sales, and finance teams to resolve issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and CRM tools
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
