Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information in a courteous and efficient manner. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite at any of the following: Makati, Centris, or Cubao (Quezon City)
• Amenable to shifting schedules
