Job Title: Senior Client Services Agent - Financial Investment Accounts (Voice)

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 gross per month + Joining Bonus

We are urgently looking for experienced voice agents to join a global financial services account. You will be the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their financial advisors, providing white-glove support on investment accounts, transactions, portfolio inquiries, and wealth management-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with clients and financial advisors regarding investment accounts, transactions, balances, and performance reports

- Accurately explain complex financial and investment information (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) in a clear, professional manner

- Research and resolve issues efficiently following standard processes while escalating out-of-scope concerns when needed

- Document all interactions with precision and maintain strict confidentiality

- Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in ongoing training

Minimum Requirements:

- At least a Senior High School graduate (K-12) or a college undergraduate

- Minimum 2 years of continuous voice-based BPO/contact centre experience (financial/investment account background is a strong advantage)

- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Strong customer service orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability

- Typing proficiency and basic computer/navigation skills

- Stable employment history (no frequent job-hopping of less than 1 year per company)

- Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig, on a permanent graveyard/night shift schedule

- Available to start immediately
