Qualifications

• At least 2 years completed in college
• 1 year mortgage loan collections experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Willing to work onsite + with shifting schedules
• Ready to get hired immediately

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect payments on overdue mortgage loan accounts

Requirements

• At least 2 years completed in college (or equivalent education)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage Loan Collections — strictly required
• Strong knowledge of collections processes, repayment negotiations, and delinquency handling
• Familiarity with mortgage terms, loan servicing, and account management systems
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Comfortable working onsite in MOA, Pasay
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends if needed
• Can start ASAP
• Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
