We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, has excellent communication skills, and can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Completed at least 2 years in college (any course)
• Minimum 1 year BPO experience (voice, non-voice, or blended)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
