Salary Package: Up to ₱27,000

Incentives: Up to ₱22,000

Requirements:

• Completed High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or Higher Education
• With or Without BPO Experience (training provided)
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on onsite setup at Alabang
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and team player

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account concerns
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues in a professional manner
• Manage and resolve billing, technical, and service-related concerns efficiently
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
