The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Telco Sales Voice Account is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with telecommunications products and services. This includes resolving inquiries, promoting telco plans, processing service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from existing and potential customers.
• Provide accurate information about mobile, internet, and bundled telecommunications services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or upgrades.
• Process orders, activations, billing inquiries, and account modifications efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (old curriculum) and fresh graduates are welcome.
• No BPO experience required.
• Strong English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
