Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone or digital channels
• Provide accurate information and resolve concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions using internal systems
• Meet quality and productivity standards set by the account

Basic Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• College Graduate / Undergraduate welcome
• With or without BPO experience
• Basic English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
