As a Customer Service Representative at InTouchCX Clark, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers of global and local clients. You will provide helpful, accurate, and professional support via phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities include resolving inquiries, assisting with product or service concerns, and ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided — ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, or first-time applicants who want to build a stable BPO career here in Pampanga.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide accurate details about products, services, or policies
• Assist with billing, troubleshooting, or order-related concerns
• Handle complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Work with teammates and supervisors to meet performance metrics
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

• At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn multiple systems
• Willing to work onsite at InTouchCX Clark Pampanga
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not required
