Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails, ensuring clear and timely communication. Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to support long-term loyalty.
• Manage and resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service at all times.
