Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
• Promptly responding to customer queries via Phone call, Live Chat and/or Email

Qualifications:

• For College graduate, with or without experience
• For Senior High School or College Undergrad., with at least 6 months work experience as Customer Service Representative/Specialist
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Typing speed of 40 WPM
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
