Coordinate with TikTok KOLs (creators/influencers) for campaign execution, product sampling, and deliverables
Manage inquiries and provide timely support to creators and partners
Track KOL performance, content output, and ensure deliverables are met
Collaborate closely with internal brand teams to align campaign goals and strategies
Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
Stay updated on product knowledge and platform policies to assist accurately
Log and document all communications and follow-ups in a timely manner
Work with the team to enhance creator satisfaction and campaign success
Comply with all internal company standards, protocols, and procedures

1–3 years of experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or related fields
Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Tools or Creator Center
E-commerce, MCN, or digital marketing background is a plus
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms and tracking tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City on a shifting schedule
