Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, following company guidelines and procedures
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and compliance standards

Syarat-syarat

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service environment preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and multitasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress professionally
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays (as required)
