Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Salesforce and other call centre software
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Experience in sales pitching and closure is a plus
