Job Description

• As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or voice depending on account assignment
• Provide accurate resolutions and excellent customer experience
• Navigate multiple systems to document interactions efficiently
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Basic Qualifications

• At least 6 months International BPO experience (required)
• Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• College Graduate or Undergraduate welcome
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
