• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or College Graduates.
• Experience: Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attitude: Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Package: PHP 16,800 to PHP 48,000 (depending on experience and account assignment).
• Additional perks and performance incentives (discussed during the interview).
