- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and proficiency in the English language.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, and flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, team-oriented, and adaptable.
