Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service, strong command of the English language, excellent organizational and people skills, and demonstrated strong work ethic.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, predominantly desk-based work, potential for shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
