RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and deliveries
• Document all customer interactions accurately using the CRM system
• Deliver appropriate and timely solutions to customer concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open to fresh graduates; no experience required
• Completed Senior High School (Grade 12) or higher education
• At least 6 months of customer service experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
