The primary duty of the Customer Service Staff is to attend to client/partner inquiries regarding the company's various investment plans and products, and general account concerns of clients.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas Complex.
  • Candidate must excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must be a team player and is able to work well under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but work experience is an advantage.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and other approved channels
  • Document customer interactions, complaints and technical issues accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless functionality of our online trading platform
  • Assist in acquiring new clients with account opening applications and follow-up processes
  • Support walk-in clients with account opening applications and follow-up processes
  • Contribute to process improvement discussions and share innovative ideas
  • Prepare reports on customer service and administrative tasks as needed
  • Take on additional tasks assigned
