HC Ducusin is looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information, product knowledge, and solutions based on customer needs.
• Document customer interactions and update account information when needed.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, courtesy, and clear communication.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Open to Fresh Graduates, No Experience applicants, and Senior High School Graduates.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
