Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
  • Assist customers with concerns, troubleshooting, and basic account support.
  • Document interactions and follow company processes and guidelines.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets such as quality, attendance, and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Open for Fresh Graduate or Collage Undergrad
  • 6months to 1yr Sales Account Experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems.
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Customer-oriented and eager to learn.
