As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and/or system tools
• Provide accurate information related to healthcare records, financial services, or electronic products
• Process requests, updates, and basic troubleshooting based on account guidelines
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and quality standards

• Document interactions clearly and correctly in the system

Full training will be provided. Prior call center experience is not required.
