Position: Senior Client Services Agent - Financial Account

Job Requirements:

• Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
• At least 2 years of work experience in voice account role.
• Experience working in BPO company
• Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift
• Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle complex and escalated customer concerns related to financial accounts
• Provide accurate information on transactions, billing, and account maintenance
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and data privacy standards
• Support and guide junior agents when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets
