Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
  • High School Graduate or higher
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite in UP Technohub, Quezon City
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
  • Achieve performance targets and deliver excellent service
