We’re looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our FinTech Voice Support Team. You’ll assist customers with their digital banking, mobile wallet, and financial app concerns through voice calls. Don’t worry if you’re new—paid training is provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding accounts, transactions, and app features.
• Provide step-by-step support for troubleshooting and inquiries.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
• Ensure accuracy in documenting call details.
• Uphold security and privacy protocols for financial information.

Qualifications

• No BPO experience required – we welcome beginners!
• Open to any educational attainment.
• Clear and confident speaking voice.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Trainable, motivated, and customer-oriented.
