Job Description:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). This is a non-voice, onsite position located in Quezon City. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to issues via non-voice channels (email, chat, etc.).
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Uphold the company’s service standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work efficiently within a shifting schedule to provide support during peak hours.

Syarat-syarat

Qualifications:

  • At least a college graduate in any field (Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields).
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally and clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time, onsite role located in Quezon City.
  • The position involves a shifting schedule to accommodate different time zones and customer needs.
