Syarat-syarat
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible shifts required.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented individuals are ideal.
