- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; strong Customer Service background; prior Call Centre experience is a plus.

- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
