- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Spanish; excellent communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, friendly, adaptable, with a strong work ethic.
- Account: Spanish Bilinguals
- Salary: up to 100,000
- Schedule: Shifting
- Work setup: Onsite setup
- High School Graduate with 2 Years BPO experience in Spanish Support.
