Chat Support Representative (Non-Voice)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. This is an on-site role that requires flexibility to work on shifting schedules. The role involves assisting customers through live chat and email, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

• Work Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City (on-site, shifting schedule).
• Educational Attainment: At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months BPO experience in Sales.
