Customer Service Representative (Voice / Non-Voice)

As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries through call, chat, or email, providing accurate information, assistance, and solutions. You will manage concerns professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions via phone, chat, or email
• Resolve concerns and provide accurate product/service information
• Document interactions and update customer records
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least SHS graduate
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite (Makati, Sta. Mesa, Cubao, Centris or Davao)
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required
• Computer literate & able to multitask
