Job Description – Australian Telco Collections Account

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Australian Telco Collections Account team. This role involves assisting customers with outstanding balances, providing payment solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate
• No prior BPO experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to telco collections
• Assist customers in resolving overdue accounts and provide payment options
• Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and collection targets
