Setup: Onsite, Night/Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service support in accordance with the defined scope of work and service level agreements
• Ensures high-quality interactions with customers
• Meets quantitative performance standards
• Resolves inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Open to college undergraduates or graduates
• With at least 1 year experience in financial, healthcare, or insurance sectors
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, as required
