JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
• Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while tailoring solutions to the needs of commercial banking clients.
• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations while identifying and fulfilling both current and future client needs.
• Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact for clients requiring timely support across a wide range of commercial banking products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
