Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer service
• Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, billing, or transactions depending on the account
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Skills Needed

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Customer-oriented and service-driven attitude
• Basic problem-solving and listening skills
• Ability to follow instructions and company guidelines
• Comfortable using computers and navigating systems
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
