Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Australian Telco Collections Account team. This role involves assisting customers with overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

• Position: Collections Specialist – Australian Telco Account
• Education Requirement: At least Senior High School Graduate
• Experience: No prior BPO experience required (entry-level friendly)
• Schedule: Shifting schedules (must be flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to overdue telco accounts.
• Engage with customers professionally to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Provide clear explanations of billing statements, account balances, and payment options.
• Ensure compliance with Australian telco regulations and company policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve collection strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a firm but empathetic approach.
