The Service Crew is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers. This role includes taking orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
• Take accurate orders and confirm details using POS or order slips.
• Prepare and assemble food or beverage items according to store standards.
• Ensure proper packaging, presentation, and quality of all orders.
• Serve orders promptly and courteously.
• Handle payment transactions (cash or electronic payments) accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the counter, dining, and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and reporting low stock items.
• Support team members with various store tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, or closing duties.
• Address basic customer concerns politely or escalate to the supervisor if needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level.
• With or without experience; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
