As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible to:


  • Addressing customer questions about accounts, transactions, billing, payments, and other financial matters.
  • Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues related to financial products and services.
  • Helping customers with new account applications, account verification, and navigating online banking or mobile apps.
  • Protecting sensitive customer information and ensuring data security.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and helpful service.


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable
  • Experience in AR Collection
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite.
