We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive performance and lead a group of inside sales representatives handling healthcare products or services. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B or B2C sales and a passion for healthcare innovation. This role is responsible for meeting sales targets, coaching the team, and ensuring excellent client engagement.

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare-focused sales reps.
• Monitor daily KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales campaigns.
• Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Lead by example in handling key accounts and complex sales scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, DOH, etc.) during sales interactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, with 1+ years in a leadership or team lead role
• Preferably with exposure to healthcare/BPO industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools
• Ability to work US time zones.
