JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college grads
• with at least 6 months to 1 years work experience in customer service
• Amenable to work in TAGUIG CITY
• Willing to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications through phone calls, live chats, and emails.
• Maintain accurate client information by regularly updating account records.
• Address customer complaints effectively and offer appropriate solutions.
• Respond to all customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall support
