  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Log all interactions in the system accurately for reporting and follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with peers and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or call center handling frontline voice calls.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to work night shifts and be physically present onsite at the company location.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure or in difficult situations.
