Position: Mandarin-Fukien Customer Specialist

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
• Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
• At least 2nd-year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• No age limit and no gender preferences
• 3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus
• Can start as soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Handle credit card redemptions.
• Assist in the redemption of the gift certificate.
