Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and healthcare services
• Provide clear explanations of insurance coverage, billing details, and medical procedures
• Assist with scheduling appointments, authorizations, and service inquiries
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Resolve issues or escalate cases to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• College Graduate
• HS Graduate or College Undergraduate (are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills
