Qualifications

• High School Grad / SHS Grad / 2 yrs in College / College Grad (varies per account)

• With or Without BPO experience — we have roles for both!

• Excellent communication skills

• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

• Background in Banking/Finance/Insurance is a PLUS for some roles
