Keterangan Kerja

Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with empathy and clarity.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or departments as needed.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes in the system.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers.
Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution).
Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and company updates.

Have 2 years at least of experience in BPO handling international client (AU preferred but open to other country)
Willing to Train on site for 4 months
Open to do dayshift and hybrid after training (2-3x a week)
